Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities

If you’re interested in volunteering, please confirm your participation by replying to this email by March 19, 2025.

We are currently seeking volunteers for a 10-hour shift (with scheduled breaks).

An honorarium of $200 will be provided via e-transfer as a token of appreciation.

Volunteer Requirements

Volunteers may be asked to submit the following:

• A resume
• A vulnerable sector check (completed within the past three years)
• A Smart Serve certificate (if you are eligible to serve food to guests)

Volunteer Expectations & Responsibilities

• Volunteers must wear a designated t-shirt, black pants, and comfortable shoes.
• Be prepared to interact with hundreds of youth aged 12 and up.
• Expect to be on your feet for extended periods.
• Breaks will be scheduled every 2-3 hours for 30-45 minutes.
• Duties may include greeting guests, engaging with groups, and assisting with various event tasks.
