Noire Girls Plant
The Rooted Workshop invites you to slow down and nurture your mental health through plants. We begin with a guided meditation to ease the mind and body, relieving built-up stress. Then, we explore our innate connection with plants, write affirmations or goals, and symbolically plant them. Through the repotting process, we embrace growth, ending by watering our plants, grounding our intentions and serving as a reminder to care for ourselves with patience and grace.
